RENTAL RATES

Few facilities anywhere in the Rockies, offer visitors a greater variety of experiences than the Big Sky Rockin’ Rendezvous Retreat!  The Retreat is located at the foothills of the Bridger Mountain Range just outside of Bozeman, Montana.  We offer year round services for you to hold conferences, workshops, clinics, fund raising events, and, of course, weddings!  The Retreat can hold 150 people inside, has four suites with private baths, a large commercial kitchen, a state of the art recording studio, and is sitting on a twenty acre parcel with amazing views!

Our mission is to welcome those who appreciate unique, one of-a-kind, accommodations in a secluded yet accessible setting!

BIG SKY ROCKIN’ RENDEZVOUS RATES:

3 DAYS:  Can be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, or, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  $3,000.00

1 DAY:  Can be any day of the week.  $1,500.00

This includes:  Use of the Retreat, the wrap around deck, beautiful grounds with lit pathways, and a large parking lot.

FOR ALL BOOKINGS:

-We require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $500.00 to hold your date.  A monthly payment should be made until the balance is paid off  (30) days prior to the event.

-A credit card must be on file for cleaning/damage fee in addition to your rental fee of the Retreat.  Leaving the premises clean and undamaged insures no additional fees.

ROOM RATES:

-There are (3) ground level suites available for rental.  (2) suites have twin beds set up, (1) room has queen beds set up.  There is (1) suite available for rental on the second floor.  The upper level suite has a queen bed set up.

Ground Level Double Occupancy Suites: $150.00 per person per night.

Upper Level Single Occupancy Suite:  $250.00 per night.

EXTRAS

STUDIO:

-There is a state of the art recording studio on location.  Please call us for a quote.

TOUR BUS:

-A vintage “Vista Liner” tour bus is available for rental at $80.00 per hour (5 hour minimum), plus any fuel expense.

OUT-DOOR GEAR:

-Mountain bikes, skis, snowboards and more are available upon request.
