TBA:  Songwriting Workshop with A.J. Masters, John Bohlinger, & Megan Mullins

VIP slots:  You will be staying at the Retreat with the Artists.  The price for the Workshop is: $850.00.  This includes all meals.  Single deluxe occupancy suites are available at $200.00 per night, double  occupancy  deluxe suites are available at $250.00 per night.  Room availability is limited!

Student slots:  You will be staying off site.  The price for the Workshop is: $800.00.  This includes lunch and dinner.

Local Student slots:  The price for the Workshop is:  $800.00.  This includes lunch and dinner.

Guests:  The price for guests (friend, spouse, non-participant) is 250.00.  You will be staying off site.  This includes dinner only.

BSRR WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT FOR EVERY PERSON YOU ENCOURAGE TO SIGN UP! 

We take cash and checks only.

Occassionally, scheduling conflicts may occur in which an artist may have to cancel his or her appearance for an upcoming workshop.  In such cases, BSRR will let you know in a timely fashion.

Application and Questionnaire

The application and questionnaire must be filled out honestly and accurately.  Space is limited, so if you would like to participate in one of our Workshops, send or email the application and questionnaire as soon as possible! Mail to: BSRR;   5600 Bostwick Road; Bozeman, MT; 59715 or copy and paste  to a word document and email the filled out forms to Chris@bigskyrr.com.

BSRR will not be held responsible for loss or theft of any personal property.  We will not tolerate any behavior that endangers or puts anyone at risk.  We will not tolerate  any conduct that creates uneasiness at the Retreat.   Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and firearms are not permitted.  If there is a violation, the student will be asked to leave BSRR, without a refund.  Additionally, no pets are allowed.

We will email you a receipt with your confirmation number.

Cancelation Policy

The 50% deposit is non refundable, however, guests may transfer the deposit towards another Workshop  for the same year’s schedule.  Balance is due on arrival day.  Notification of cancellation must be given in writing and received no later than four weeks prior to the scheduled session.  If four weeks notice of cancellation is given the 50% deposit will be transferable to another Workshop.  If less than four weeks notice of cancellation is given, BSRR reserves the right not to transfer or refund the deposit .  Refunds will not be given for any reason after the scheduled event begins.

By submitting the application you are entering into a legal binding contract with BSRR, and acknowledge that you have read and understand all of the rules, regulations and cancellation policies of BSRR.
